Sentara Obici Smithfield Physical Therapy
Smithfield Physical Therapy, located in the heart of historic Smithfield, is a comprehensive rehabilitation center offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies to Western Hampton Roads. For those patients who would benefit from a general conditioning program without putting undue stress on the joints, aquatic therapy is available. Other specialty programs include, hand therapy with certified hand therapists and lymphedema management with a certified lymphedema therapist that work under the umbrella of the Sentara Obici Hand Center in Suffolk as a satellite office. Speech therapy is currently provided on a limited basis. The highly skilled clinicians at Sentara Obici Smithfield Physical Therapy are available to address all of your rehabilitation needs.

Directions:
From 64W:Take the James River Bridge Exit onto Mercury Boulevard. Go over the James River Bridge into Carrollton/Smithfield. Take exit 9A and merge into Highway 17. Turn right onto Brewer’s Neck Road. At the second stop light, turn right onto Highway 10 at Benns Church. After the third stop light, merge right onto Church Street. Go through one stop light and Sentara Obici Smithfield Physical Therapy is on the right side across from Pomoco Auto.
From 664W: Take the James River Bridge to Highway 17 exit. Follow until you see the sign for the James River Bridge in Carrollton. At the stop light in Carrollton, take a left onto Brewer’s Neck Road. At the third stop light, turn right onto Highway 10 at Benns Church. After the third stop light, merge right onto Church Street. Go through one stop light and Sentara Obici Smithfield Physical therapy is on the right side across from Pomoco Auto.
