Steps in the Application Process

2. Submit both of the applications (CPE & Sentara) along with the required essays, documentation, and application fee to:

4. Send Transcript Request Form (PDF File) to all relevant academic institutions.

5. Ask your references to send letters of recommendation to the above address or via email. The letters should speak to your suitability for hospital ministry and to your ability for personal and professional growth in an experiential educational environment that utilizes a clinical method of learning.

6. Arrange for submission of any other relevant documents as required by the Admission Policy.
