Sentara's neurologists are board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Neurologists are trained in diseases and conditions of the nervous system. Typically, a neurological exam tests vision, strength, coordination, reflexes and sensation. Further tests may be required to confirm a diagnosis and provide the necessary care.
Drs. Evans, Gulhan, Karim, Lyons, Maton, and Zweifler will be serving patients at both the Sentara Neurology Specialists location at Sentara Heart Hospital, as well as the existing Bayside Neurology practice location in the Bayside area of Virginia Beach.
