Sentara Welcomes Jason R. Johnson, M.D.

Virginia Beach, Va. – December 21, 2006 – Jason R. Johnson, M.D., is the newest addition to the Sentara Medical Group. His new practice is at Family Medicine at Princess Anne, in Virginia Beach, on the Sentara Princess Anne health campus, located at 1950 Glenn Mitchell Drive, Suite 300.
Dr. Johnson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., in 1998. He earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk in 2002, and completed his residency in family medicine at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, in affiliation with UNC Chapel Hill in Wilmington, NC.
Dr. Johnson was chief resident at New Hanover Regional Medical Center Residency in family medicine from 2004 to 2005. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
