With over 23 years of institutional ministry experiences, ministering in demanding settings, Chaplain Fields has gained invaluable experience ministering to individuals confronted by life threatening, crisis, and family stress on a daily basis. In a respond to this call Chaplain Fields has completed four units of Clinical Pastoral Education at the following centers: Riverside Regional Medical Center, Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, and the University of Rochester Medical Center. Formally he has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work in 1976 from Bluffton College, and a Masters of Religious Education, from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in 1978, also his Masters of Divinity from Boston University School of Theology in 1981.
Chaplain Fields completed Basic training in CISM 2001
Chaplain Fields is an Ordained Elder at Holy Tabernacle Church of Deliverance with over 19 years of Pastoral experience. He serves as the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Educational Ministries.
