I have been amazed at how God takes inadequate vessels and uses them for His glory. It is all a part of the grace issue. None of us deserve the call God has placed on us. We have in no way earned it. It is a blessing bestowed which means nothing less than our best in return.
Chaplain Morris joined the Sentara Obici family on August 7, 2006 as their full time chaplain. He has been a part of the volunteer chaplain program at Obici for many years.
Chaplain Morris has both his Bachelor of Divinity degree and his Master of Theology degree – Magna Cum Laude from the Roanoke Theological Seminary in Elizabeth City, NC. He served as Professor of Theology at the Seminary.
