Sentara Online Support Services
Our Online Support Groups are free of charge and simple to use. The Support Groups use an email list that allows members of the list to communicate with everyone else on the list with one quick email. Members can send and receive emails anytime, 24 hours a day.
Online Support Groups Available:
 Online Breast Cancer Support Group
As a breast cancer survivor, you have special needs and interests. Now you can join our online community of breast cancer survivors and share your experiences. This group is open to breast cancer survivors and their friends and family.
Online Caregivers Support Group
Do you take care of an ill or disabled family member or loved one? No matter what type of care you are providing, you need emotional support and empathy from those who understand. Sentara welcomes you to our free Online Caregivers Support Group.
Online Grief Support Group
Grief and mourning are your personal feelings and expressions dealing with death. The Sentara Hospice Program offers you a safe place to mourn 24-hours-a-day online. This group is open to the Sentara Home Care Hospice Program families.
