Sentara Home Care Services is part of the nationally ranked Sentara Healthcare and has been bringing high quality healthcare home to our patients since 1981. Today, Sentara Home Care serves more than 8,000 patients living in the Greater Hampton Roads and Richmond areas of Virginia, as well as northeastern North Carolina.
In the past, many of our patients would have had to remain in the hospital for therapy. But today our highly skilled team of clinicians works in concert with individual physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require – from skilled nursing care and infusion therapy to respiratory care and medical equipment. Our patients also benefit at home from much of the same advanced technology available in Sentara hospitals.
