Sentara Home Care Services has a team of dedicated and experienced professionals ready to take your call. Whether you need nursing care, rehabilitative therapies, infusion services, hospice, medical equipment or respiratory services, the registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and medical payment specialists in our Central Intake Department are trained to assist you.
We work in concert with physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require, and better yet, we do all the legwork. Our goal is to make it so easy for you that one call to our centralized intake department takes care of all your needs. Medications, supplies, pumps and equipment are just a phone call away. Our reimbursement specialists will verify insurance, obtain the necessary authorizations and submit all claims.
