Sentara Reference Laboratory contracts with Pathology Sciences Medical Group (PSMG) and General Hospital Pathologists, Ltd. (GHPL) to provide professional pathology services for our patients.
Services include Surgical Pathology, Cytopathology, Neuropathology, Autopsy Pathology, Transfusion Medicine, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology and Chemistry. Special services include DNA/Image Analysis, Flow Cytometry, Molecular Diagnostic Studies and Immunodiagnostics.
Sentara Reference Laboratory also partners with General Hospital Pathologists, Ltd. to provide anatomical pathology services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.
