Mobile Meals Program
Sentara Life Care Corporation prepares meals through five different sites for delivery to the home bound elderly. Over 850 meals are prepared and delivered each day, Monday through Friday. Sentara operates Mobile Meals of Norfolk and provides office space to Meals of Virginia Beach, Inc. Sentara is also contracted with the Area Agency on Aging at three other sites, which deliver meals to the elderly in Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Hampton.
