A patient navigator serves as a resource through diagnosis and treatment for cancer patients and their families. This service is provided to ensure that a patient’s needs are met in a timely manner, that questions are answered and a patient’s fear or anxiety is not ignored. There are no additional charges to patients or their insurance companies.
