This symposium will explore the importance of the proper diagnostic approach to, and treatment of, pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The treatment and diagnostic paradigms for PAH are ever-evolving and the faculty will discuss recent advances and future direction in the management of this disease.

Target Audience:
Pulmonary-Critical Care Physicians, Cardiologists, Family Physicians, Internists, Hospitalists, Rheumatology, OBGYN, Anesthesia, RNs, NPs, and PAs.

Sentara Healthcare is accredited by the Medical Society of Virginia (MSV) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation:
Sentara Healthcare designates this educational activity for a maximum of  (3.5 hour) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Physicians may claim up to 3.5 credit in Type 1 or Type 2 CME on the Virginia Board of Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment Form required for the renewal on an active medical license.
