Sentara Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - Hampton 

Providing quality care since 1987, the Sentara Nursing and Rehabilitation Center brings together skilled nurses and rehab specialists to provide comprehensive quality care. The medical director and professional staff offer special expertise, compassion and enthusiasm in older adult care. With several on-site therapies, the expanded nursing center also serves patients needing rehabilitative transititional care after hospitalization. A "mobility skills area" provides a variety of terrains for practicing mobility.

60 long term care beds, with 26 skilled rehab beds and 28 private long term care rooms.
Specialty trained therapists provide physical, occupational, and speech/swallowing therapy and restorative rehabilitation on a continual basis.
On-site dining, meal preparation and dietitian to plan special meals.
