Joint Commission Disease-Specific Vascular Center.
Minimally Invasive Techniques
Sentara vascular surgeons often use
minimally invasive techniques to significantly improve treatment outcomes when appropriate. Benefits to patients include reduced trauma to the body, less blood loss, less postoperative pain, fewer complications, a reduced hospital stay and faster recovery times.
