- 1(12-ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- 1 small package Oriental-flavored ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar ¼
- cup white wine vinegar
- 4 green onions, chopped
- In picnic serving container, stir together broccoli coleslaw mix, sunflower seeds, almonds and ramen noodles.
- Whisk together the oil, sugar and vinegar in small bowl; pour over slaw mixture. Gently stir in green onions. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before storing in cooler.
Makes 8 servings.
