Crab Salad Tostadas


  • 2 (6-inch) whole-grain flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cups packed mixed field or baby greens
  • ½ cup diced fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 (6-ounce) can all white crabmeat, drained
  • ½ cup diced ripe avocado


  1. In large mixing bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice and jalapeño pepper.
  2. Add greens, tomato, cilantro and red onion. Toss well.
  3. Add crabmeat and avocado; toss again.
  4. Serve on flour tortillas.
