Creamy Fruit Dip


  • 2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds


  1. Pour yogurt, juice concentrate, honey and seeds in bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve in bowl with assorted seasonal fresh fruit: strawberries, peach slices, orange wedges, pear slices, etc.
