Goat Cheese Spread
- ¾ cup low-fat soft goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons lite sour cream
- ½ medium garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
- In small bowl stir together the goat cheese, sour cream and garlic until well combined. Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with raw vegetables such as cucumber slices and bell pepper chunks or whole-grain crackers. Makes ¾ cup spread.
