High-Protein Milk Shake


  • 1½ cups fat free dairy, almond or soy milk
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 large orange
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
