Mango Shrimp Salad


  • 3 tablespoons picante sauce or salsa
  • 1 tablespoon mango or peach chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 4 cups torn Boston or red leaf lettuce
  • 6 ounces cooked medium peeled and deveined shrimp
  • ½ cup diced ripe avocado
  • ½ cup diced ripe mango or papaya
  • 1/3 cup red or yellow bell pepper strips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


  1. In small bowl combine picante sauce, chutney, mustard and lime juice; mix well.
  2. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add chutney mixture; toss well. Makes 4-6 mini servings in small cups.
