Spinach-Fruit-Nut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 10 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 2/3 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Toast pecans and almonds until lightly browned. Cool completely.
  2. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Toss with desired dressing. Serve immediately.
