Pregnant women are frequently very busy and tired and put off exercise and/or seeking treatment for pregnancy-related aches and pains. Physical Therapy, however, can provide quick relief and education to promote an active and pain-free pregnancy. It is also very important for prenatal patients to learn pelvic floor strengthening exercises (Kegel's) to help them throughout the pregnancy and their lifetime.
