The Knee Injury and Osteoarthristis Outcome Score (KOOS) and the Hip Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (HOOS) are outcome reporting tools for patients who have had knee and hip replacement surgery. The questions focus on three categories of joint pain, stiffness and function in relation to the activities of daily living. The score ranges from 0 to 100, where 0 represents total joint disability and 100 represents perfect joint health.
