Symptoms vary by type of gynecologic cancer. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the following may be symptoms of a gynecologic cancer:

  • Abnormal bleeding
  • Pelvic pain or pressure 
  • Abdominal or back pain 
  • Bloating 
  • Changes in bathroom habits
  • Itching or burning of the vulva
  • Changes in vulva color 
  • Any rash, sores or warts
