Dr. Bruce Lo is the medical director of emergency medicine at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital as well as the Sentara Regional Transfer Center in Hampton Roads. He also serves as an assistant program director for the emergency medicine residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School and is an associate professor. He recently served on Virginia Governor McAuliffe’s task force for behavioral health and participates in a number of local and state-wide psychiatric committees. Dr. Lo also serves on a number of regional and national committees including the board of directors for Virginia College of Emergency Physicians and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) Clinical Policy Committee. He will serve as president of the Virginia College of Emergency Physicians in 2017.
