This one-day conference will explore innovative technologies and the latest evidence-based clinical guidelines for both the medical and surgical management of back and neck pain. Discussion will also include interventional pain management, rehabilitation and physical therapy, and the psychology of chronic spine pain. This conference will bring together a multi-disciplinary panel of experts to discuss the latest advancements and treatment considerations in neurosurgical and orthopedic neck and spine disorders.
Continental Breakfast and Registration will begin at 7:15am and lunch will be provided. An Exhibit Hall with industry leaders will also be available.
Primary care providers, internists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, pain specialists, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, specialists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical and occupational therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Upon the completion of this live activity, participants should be able to:
1. Discuss recommendations for treatment of back and neck disorders founded on the cutting-edge of scientific findings and evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of multidisciplinary care in treating patients with back, neck and peripheral nerve disorders.
3. Identify new treatments and innovative technologies that are available for the management of back, neck and peripheral nerve disorders.

VIRGINIA BOARD OF MEDICINE
Physicians may claim up to seven (7.00) in Type 1 or Type 2 CME on the Virginia Board of Medicine Continued Competency and Assessment Form required for the renewal of an active medical license.
AMERICAN BOARD OF INTERNAL MEDICINE
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 7.00 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME Credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
AMERICAN ACADEMY OF FAMILY PHYSICIANS
Application for CME Credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
COMMISSION FOR CASE MANAGER CERTIFICATION
This program has been submitted to The Commission for Case Manager Certification for approval to provide board certified case managers with 7 clock hours.
