Eating for Life
This DVD and workbook program, awarded the National Health Information Award in 2008 and 2013, is based on the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the USDA MyPlate food guidance system. Dietary and activity goals are created on MyPlate.gov and participants track their progress online.

- Dietary fat, sodium and carbohydrates
- Reading food labels
