  • When will the new Sentara app be available?

    The mobile app will be available on the App Store® and Google Play™ on June 26, 2019.

  • How can I get the new Sentara app?

    Search for Sentara app on the App Store or Google Play and follow the download prompts. You can log in using your Sentara (or Sentara MyChart) username and password. If you do not have a Sentara account, you can register here.

  • How do I download the Sentara app on my Android™ phone or tablet?
    1. From your Android device, open Google Play.
    2. In the search bar, type "Sentara".
    3. Click "Install".
    4. Once the mobile app has finished downloading, click "Open".
    5. You can login using your Sentara (or Sentara MyChart) username and password. If you do not have a Sentara account, click "Sign Up".
  • How do I download the Sentara app on my Apple iPhone® or iPad®?
    1. From your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store .
    2. In the search bar, type "Sentara".
    3. Click "Get".
    4. Once the mobile app has finished downloading, click "Open".
    5. You can login using your Sentara (or Sentara MyChart) username and password. If you do not have a Sentara account, click "Sign Up".
  • How do I log in to the Sentara mobile app?

    Once you download the new Sentara mobile app, you can login using your Sentara MyChart credentials.  If you do not have a Sentara account, you can register here.

  • Will I still be able to access my medical records through MyChart?

    Yes, you will still have access to your medical records through MyChart. However, the Sentara app will offer new and advanced features that may not be available through MyChart.
