Angel Food Cake with Blueberry-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 angel food cake
- ½ cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Allow blueberries to thaw slightly or rinse fresh blueberries.
- Cut angel food cake into 12 slices.
- In small bowl stir together yogurt, sugar and lemon juice.
- To serve, spoon yogurt mixture and blueberries evenly over cake slices.
Makes 12 servings.
