Blackberry Salad


  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 2 cups baby arugula leaves
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue or feta cheese


  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly-squeezed orange or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. In Mason jar with lid, combine thoroughly the dressing ingredients.
  2. In salad bowl toss together the greens, blackberries and cheese.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
