Broccoli Slaw for Veggie Burgers
- 6 dill pickle spears, cut in half crosswise and julienned thinly
- 1 (12-ounce) broccoli slaw
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons classic yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Pinch sugar
- In large bowl toss together all ingredients to combine well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Spoon broccoli slaw onto grilled black bean veggie burger. Serve on multi-grain hamburger bun.
