Broccoli Slaw for Veggie Burgers


  • 6 dill pickle spears, cut in half crosswise and julienned thinly
  • 1 (12-ounce) broccoli slaw
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons classic yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch sugar


  1. In large bowl toss together all ingredients to combine well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Spoon broccoli slaw onto grilled black bean veggie burger. Serve on multi-grain hamburger bun.
