Broccoli with Creamy Lemon Sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
- 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1½ cups steamed broccoli florets
- In top of double boiler stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and turmeric. Cook over simmering water for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir constantly. Serve hot over the steamed broccoli.
