Broccoli with Creamy Lemon Sauce


  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1½ cups steamed broccoli florets


  1. In top of double boiler stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, lemon juice and turmeric. Cook over simmering water for 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir constantly. Serve hot over the steamed broccoli.
