Dijon Mustard-Olive Oil Dressing


  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half cream (optional)


  1. In jar with lid, shake together all ingredients except cream.
  2. Add cream and shake again. Makes 1/3 cup.
  3. Serve over tossed salad.
