Goat Cheese Spread


  • ¾ cup low-fat soft goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lite sour cream
  • ½ medium garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley


  1. In small bowl stir together the goat cheese, sour cream and garlic until well combined. Sprinkle with parsley.
  2. Serve with raw vegetables such as cucumber slices and bell pepper chunks or whole-grain crackers. Makes ¾ cup spread.
