Green Pea-Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb.) bag frozen green peas, thawed (or fresh green peas, slightly steamed and chilled)
  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled, halved and cut into ¼ -inch slices
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red wine vinegar to taste
