Green Pea-Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb.) bag frozen green peas, thawed (or fresh green peas, slightly steamed and chilled)
- ½ medium cucumber, peeled, halved and cut into ¼ -inch slices
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- Black pepper to taste
- Red wine vinegar to taste
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients in serving bowl.
Makes 4 servings.
