Green Pea Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup frozen green peas, thawed but not cooked
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced cucumber
Directions
- In bowl blend together onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Makes 2 servings.
