Green Pea Salad



  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup frozen green peas, thawed but not cooked
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced cucumber


  1. In bowl blend together onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Makes 2 servings.
