Green Smoothie Breakfast Bowl


  • ¾ cup skim, almond or soy milk
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. granola or sliced almonds for a topping


  1. Place all ingredients except granola and almonds in food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. To serve, pour into a bowl or mug. Top each serving with granola or almond slices.
