High-Protein Milk Shake
- 1½ cups fat free dairy, almond or soy milk
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 large orange
- 1 large ripe banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process for a few minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
