Lemon Kale Chips


  • 1 bunch kale, washed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop kale into ½ -inch pieces.
  2. Place kale in large bowl.
  3. Add oil, lemon juice and salt. Toss with hands.
  4. Place kale on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until kale is dark green and crispy. Cool and serve.
