Mango and Avocado Salsa
- 1-2 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
- In large bowl stir together all ingredients.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve with whole-grain pita chips.
