Mango Refrigerator Oatmeal


  • ¼ cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup diced frozen mango


  1. Pour all ingredients, except mango, into canning jar with lid.
  2. Shake to combine ingredients.
  3. Stir in mango.
  4. Place in refrigerator overnight. The oats will soak up the liquid.
  5. Serve as is in the morning. Can also heat in microwave if prefer a warm cereal.
