Mango Refrigerator Oatmeal
- ¼ cup uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ cup diced frozen mango
- Pour all ingredients, except mango, into canning jar with lid.
- Shake to combine ingredients.
- Stir in mango.
- Place in refrigerator overnight. The oats will soak up the liquid.
- Serve as is in the morning. Can also heat in microwave if prefer a warm cereal.
