Nacho Dip with Veggies


  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded
  • 2% cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mild chunky salsa
  • Assorted raw veggies


  1. In a saucepan stir together the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir over low heat. Stir in salsa; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. 
  2. Transfer to serving bowl.
  3. Serve with assorted raw veggies such as carrots, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper chunks, etc.

Makes 4 servings.
