- 1/3 cup pecans
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 10 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup fresh blackberries
- 2/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Toast pecans and almonds until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Toss with desired dressing. Serve immediately.
