Having a pediatrician from day one is an important step, and we want to make it as easy as possible to make that happen. Our Sentara Pediatric Physicians team from First Colonial Road in Virginia Beach is also accessible and available Monday-Friday at this additional office location on the Sentara Princess Anne campus for regularly scheduled appointments.

Weekend Care

Our entire Virginia Beach Sentara Pediatric Physicians team has come together to provide sick appointments on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. for all their patients. These weekend hours are for non-emergency issues that cannot wait for a Monday appointment. Examples might include a persistent fever, severe earache, sudden rash or vomiting.

Please call your pediatrician’s office to schedule an appointment. After-hours nurses are also available in the evenings and throughout the weekend for advice and support.

Lactation Consultations

Today Sentara hospitals offer new mothers access to on-site lactation consultants, but the need for their expertise and support often doesn’t end when it’s time to go home. To support our families, these same, quality, consultants offer services for parents of little ones being cared for by Sentara Pediatric Physicians.

Children’s Audiology Services

We diagnoses and treat things like hearing loss, ear infections, wax in the ear, balance problems, dizziness/vertigo, ringing/noises in the ear(s), pressure of the ear(s) and chronic itching of the ear(s).
