Neuro Rehab - Sentara Therapy Center

Sentara Therapy Center – Neuro Rehab offers outpatient occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and nursing services to patients who have suffered a life-altering neurological injury or disorder. The clinical care team consists of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, clinical exercise specialists and social workers who coordinate their areas of expertise to address each patient’s specific functional goals.
