In addition, we offer medication refills (excluding controlled substances) and referrals for labs, imaging, and specialists when appropriate. Patients must be located in the states of Virginia or North Carolina at the time of their appointment.
Please note that our care team does not treat the following:
- Patients with chest or stomach pain
- Patients who have had an organ transplant
- Patients under 18 years old

Please note that the virtual physical therapy team does not treat children under 14 years of age. Patients must be located in the states of Virginia or North Carolina at the time of their appointment. We do not prescribe medications or refer for imaging.
Tricare Prime and Worker’s Compensation require pre-authorization prior to receiving care.
