PET-CT scans at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center are done at a PET-CT mobile unit on the grounds of the hospital every Friday. PET-CT scans are scheduled by your physician’s office. All patients will receive a call after the physician orders a PET-CT to go over paperwork and forms.

PET-CT scans at completed at the mobile unit at Century Medical Center, 2280 Opitz Boulevard, Suite 100 in Woodbridge. The mobile unit also offers convenient Saturday hours. 

Your provider will coordinate scheduling your PET-CT scan. Patients will receive instructions by mail. In addition, the week of their appointment, they will receive a reminder phone call. Patients may call 703-523-1560 with questions.
