Sentara Laboratory Services operates facilities throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
Please bring the following two items for specimen collection:
- Current photo identification and insurance information
- Test order provided by your physician (unless your physician sent the order to Sentara electronically)
Appointments are not required for most tests, walk-ins are welcome.
The following tests do require an appointment:
- Specimen collection for platelet aggregation
- Lactose tolerance testing
- Glucose tolerance testing
