Knowing what to expect before and after surgery can help prepare you for an excellent outcome. We have created preoperative education specifically with that goal in mind. We suggest you and your Coach participate in pre-op education. Below, you will find a link to our pre-op spine surgery video to provide you with the information you need to prepare for your surgery and recovery. This 27-minute video includes pre-op details, medication guidance, medical clearance instructions, what to expect on the day of surgery and recovery, and postoperative (post-op) care.
